Roles We Hire For
Ringman / Bid Spotter
Work the floor during live auctions, spot bids, keep bidders engaged, and relay bids to the auctioneer. Energy and a clear, carrying voice help. Experience with this role is crucial. Nonprofits have big money on the line, and rely on professionals that know how to work a room, and how to professionally ask for big dollars.
Auction Clerk and Cashier
Record winning bids and bidder numbers, handle checkout and payments, and keep sale records accurate. You should be comfortable with numbers, cash handling, dealing with people, and a tablet or laptop.
Setup and Logistics Crew
Prep sale sites, move and stage items, set up and tear down events, and help buyers load out. This is physical work, often on weekends.
Estate Liquidation Staff
Help run estate sales: assist shoppers, watch the sales floor, support pricing, and work checkout.
Photography and Cataloging Assistant
Photograph, measure, and describe items for online auction listings. A good eye and attention to detail matter more than fancy equipment.
What to Expect
Most work is part-time and event-based, scheduled around sales on evenings and weekends. Events take place across Tarrant, Johnson, Dallas, Parker, Hood, Ellis, and Denton counties, so reliable transportation matters.
Many roles involve standing for long stretches and lifting items. We provide training, and experience in auctions, estate sales, events, retail, or moving is a plus, not a requirement.
